2022 Hyundai Elantra N Debuts Tuesday with 276 Horsepower

The all-new Hyundai Elantra making its debut this Tuesday with wild power same as Veloster N. Hyundai shares the performance cues with the Veloster N hatchback with distinctive styling and refined features. The revamped Elantra N looks appealing with utmost power under the hood.

Under the hood, it features a 2.0-liter turbocharged I-4 engine that makes 276 horsepower, 289 pound-feet of torque that powers up the front wheel with a six-speed manual transmission.

It has the latter inside with the name N Grin Shift Function which has the same working structure as the Porsche Sport Response Button that pumps out 286 horsepower and covers a range of 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds and attains a top speed of 155 mph.

Elantra N runs on the 245/35 series Michelin Pilot Sport 4S summer tires with a firm grip at four corners. The N-line-up variant offers specific  19-inch wheels with larger brakes, stiff suspension, a quick steering ratio, a series of drive modes, and an N Performance blue button on the steering wheel.

The hatchback has a small diameter with a thicker rim with a red engine start button in the low right. Inside the cabin, Elantra N has a huge 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Car Play, Android Auto, and N Performance cues. 

Elantra N features a sculpted front fascia with red extensions and a small rear wing. It has a diffuser with a larger exhaust pipe and a variable exhaust system.

Hyundai comes with N sound Equalizer with a virtual engine that makes a squeaky driving sound likewise to Hyundai Motorsports and races car seats. The driver can sense more realistically with a dynamic engine.
